Gratuity Calculate karne ka Formula bahut Simple hai:

• Basic Salary + DA: Last Drawn Basic aur Dearness Allowance
• 15: 15 din ki Salary har saal ke liye
• 26: Mahine mein Working Days (4 Sundays nikal diye)
• Years of Service: Pure saal (6 mahine se zyada ho toh Round Up)

Payment of Gratuity Act 1972 ki Key Baatein
1. Maximum Gratuity Limit
Act ke anusar Maximum Gratuity ₹20,00,000 hai. Agar Formula se zyada aaye toh bhi ₹20 Lakh hi milega. Halaki kuch Companies apni Policy se zyada bhi deti hain.
2. Forfeiture (Kab nahi milti)

3. Nomination
